What is a Nexora Guardian?

A Nexora Guardian is a unique, procedurally generated NFT on the Binance Smart Chain. Each Guardian has distinct traits including armor type, weapon, special ability, origin story, and power level. There are 7 rarity tiers from Common to Unique, with only 10,000 Guardians ever to exist. Beyond being collectibles, Guardians provide real utility by boosting your NXR staking APY.

How much does minting cost?

Each Guardian costs 0.05 BNB to mint, plus a small amount for gas fees on BSC (typically less than $0.10). You can mint up to 10 Guardians per transaction. 50% of all mint revenue is used for NXR buyback and burn, permanently reducing the token supply and benefiting all NXR holders.

What blockchain are they on?

Nexora Guardians are minted on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) as BEP-721 tokens. This means low gas fees, fast transactions, and full compatibility with wallets like MetaMask and Trust Wallet. The NFT smart contract is verified and open-source on BSCScan.

How do staking boosts work?

When you stake NXR tokens on the Nexora staking platform, holding a Guardian NFT in the same wallet automatically activates a staking APY multiplier. The boost depends on your highest-rarity Guardian: Common gives +10%, Uncommon +20%, Rare +30%, Epic +50%, Legendary +75%, and Mythic/Unique gives +100%. For example, Diamond staking (100% base APY) with a Mythic Guardian would yield 200% effective APY.

When is the reveal?

Guardians are revealed instantly upon minting. The rarity tier, traits, and power level are determined on-chain at the moment of minting using Chainlink VRF (Verifiable Random Function) to ensure true randomness. There is no delayed reveal - you see your Guardian immediately.

Can I trade my Guardian on secondary markets?

Yes. Nexora Guardians are standard BEP-721 NFTs and can be listed and traded on any BSC-compatible NFT marketplace. A 5% royalty fee applies on secondary sales, with 3% going to the NXR burn pool and 2% to the development treasury.

Is the smart contract audited?

The NFT smart contract is fully verified on BSCScan and the source code is publicly available on GitHub. The contract uses battle-tested OpenZeppelin standards for ERC-721 implementation, ownership, and reentrancy guards. Community members are encouraged to review the code.
